A 20% discount is available on the Emergency Management Levy for your principal place of residence if you hold a Pensioner Concession Card or a Repatriation Health Card (Gold Card). In addition, community organisation owners of specified properties are exempt from payment of the levy where the property is within the E Class Levy District. Eligible exempt property categories listed are cemetery; club that is not a licensed premises; church, church hall or community hall; community protection centre; library, museum, art gallery or zoo; tourist attraction (less than 4050m2); airfields; and showground or racecourse.
