Who Can Apply

• Applicant organisations must be registered, based in New South Wales and provide services within New South Wales. • Eligible applicants must be a New South Wales public service agency, a New South Wales local government authority operating under the Local Government Act 1993, or an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation meeting guideline requirements. • Successful applicants will need to provide Proof of Aboriginality upon recruitment. • Funding is not available for positions that are part of bulk or annual recruitment intakes. • Funding is not available for existing positions within an organisation's staffing structure. • Funding is not available for positions previously funded under the program. • Funding is not available for positions previously funded under the Temporary Placement/Secondment element. • Funding is not available for positions filled prior to the closing date for applications; no retrospective funding is provided. • Group Training Organisations are not eligible. • For the Aboriginal Adult Apprenticeships and Traineeships element, learners must be at least 21 years of age.
