• Applicant must be registered, based in New South Wales and provide services within the state. • Applicant must be a NSW public service agency or a NSW local government authority operating under the Local Government Act 1993. • Group Training Organisations are not eligible. • Funding is not available for positions that form part of bulk or annual recruitment intake. • Funding is not available for existing positions within an organisation's staffing structure. • Funding is not available for positions previously funded under the program. • Funding is not available for positions previously funded under the Temporary Placement/Secondment element. • Funding is not available for positions filled prior to the closing date for applications.
