What is the Electric vehicle destination charging grants – Round 1?
Who is eligible for the Electric vehicle destination charging grants – Round 1?
- Site must be located in a designated regional New South Wales local government area.
- Site must be an approved eligible destination type.
- Site must have no more than one existing EV charger.
- Applicant must provide an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- More than one proposed site can be included only if sites are owned or managed by the one applicant.
- Written property owner consent is required if the site is operated through a lease agreement.
- Application must include site details, National Meter Identifier (NMI), location photo, and commercial quote(s).
- Eligible chargers must be approved 7 kW and/or 22 kW chargers from the EV destination charger list.
- Maximum of 4 chargers per site.
- Eligible software subscription funding applies where required or opted into.
