Residential applicants may be eligible for up to $1,000 if they own the home where the charger will be installed, own at least one electric vehicle that will be kept at that home, and have not already received funding for a charger for that vehicle. Business applicants in the Northern Territory may be eligible for up to $2,500 if the business operates from a property in the Northern Territory used only for business purposes, the applicant owns the property or has a written agreement to use it, has the legal right to install a charger there, owns at least one electric vehicle that will be kept at the business property and used for the business, and has not already received funding for a charger for that vehicle. Chargers must be installed by an approved service provider and applicants must provide all supporting documents.
