Who Can Apply

• Be a recognised Local Control Authority representative of the respective declared region/s • Have an Australian Business Number (ABN) and confirm GST registration status • Deliver activities in the Greater Sydney and South East regions within the AGRN 1012 declared disaster area • Be able to confirm there is primary production within the eligible local government area/s • Hold a minimum of $20 million public liability insurance • Be able to commence activities within 3 months of the commencement of the Funding Deed • Complete all activities and claim submissions by 2024-05-31 • Be a local council or joint organisation of councils • Submit no more than one application • Not have received or secured other government funding for the same activities

Ineligible applicants included organisations that did not satisfy the criteria, submitted more than one application, or sought funding for activities already funded or approved under other government sources.
