Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be an early-mid career researcher less than 15 years post doctorate and not at full professor level • Associate Professors may apply if they are less than 15 years post doctorate • Applicant may be a clinician, including medical, nursing or allied health professional • Applicant must be based in New South Wales for the duration of the grant • Applicant must have the right to work in New South Wales for the 3-year grant period • Applicant must be employed for the duration of the grant by an eligible host organisation in New South Wales • Host organisation must conduct health and medical research and be a university, medical research institute, not-for-profit organisation, local health district or other public health organisation • Applicant must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold an appropriate visa for the duration of the grant • Proposed research must be in advanced therapeutics • Proposed research must have potential to improve patient wellbeing and health outcomes
