Who is eligible for the DRIVEN Charger Grant Stream?
- Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Must have an account with an Australian financial institution
- Must be an entity incorporated in Australia
- Applicant and project partners must not be on the National Redress Scheme list of institutions that have not joined or signified intent to join
- Employers with 100 or more employees must comply with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012
- Regional Development Australia Committees are not eligible
- Non-corporate Commonwealth entities are not eligible
- Projects must be completed by 2029-03-31
- Projects must support preparation, construction and installation of charging stations at automotive dealership or EV repairer premises
- Projects must be located in metro, regional or journey enablement areas identified in the EVCI Mapping Tool
- Projects must meet the Minimum Operating Standards and minimum project delivery requirements
- Each charging bay must include at least one CCS Type 2 plug
- Applications must include a minimum of 25 charging bays in total
- Each eligible organisation can only receive one grant under the DRIVEN Charger Grant Stream
