• Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must have an account with an Australian financial institution • Must be an entity incorporated in Australia • Applicant and project partner must not be on the National Redress Scheme list of institutions that have not joined or signified intent to join • Employers with 100 or more employees must comply with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 • Regional Development Australia Committees are not eligible • Non-corporate Commonwealth entities are not eligible • Project must support preparation, construction and installation of charging stations at automotive dealership and EV repairer premises in eligible metro, regional or journey enablement areas • Project must meet the Minimum Operating Standards for government-funded charging stations and minimum project delivery requirements • Each charging bay must include at least one Combined Charging System (CCS) Type 2 plug • Project must include a minimum of 25 charging bays • Eligible charging stations must be installed at a dealership or EV repairer premises
Applicants can apply if they have an Australian Business Number (ABN), have an account with an Australian financial institution, and are an entity incorporated in Australia. Applicants cannot apply if they, or their project partner, are included on the National Redress Scheme list of institutions that have not joined or signified intent to join the Scheme; are an employer of 100 or more employees that has not complied with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012; are a Regional Development Australia Committee; or are a non-corporate Commonwealth entity. Projects must support preparation, construction and installation of charging stations at automotive dealership and EV repairer premises in metro, regional and journey enablement areas identified in the EVCI Mapping Tool; meet the Minimum Operating Standards for government-funded charging stations and minimum project delivery requirements; include charging stations with at least one CCS Type 2 plug for each charging bay; include a minimum of 25 charging bays; and install eligible charging stations at a site that is a dealership or EV repairer premises.
