- If applying as a company, be incorporated and registered in Australia and have its principal place of business in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying
- Company applicants may nominate up to two people, and each nominee must be over 18, a New South Wales resident and a key creative on the projects
- Be an Australian citizen or full-time resident
- Have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Be available to attend the entire event in person
- Must not be a full-time secondary or tertiary student
- Government departments and agencies are not eligible
- Must not be in breach of any obligation under any funding agreement with the New South Wales Government
