- Be a New South Wales-based individual, project team or company
- If applying as an individual, be over 18 years old and have lived and operated in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying
- If applying as a project team, both applicants must be over 18, New South Wales residents and key creatives on the proposed project/s
- If applying as a company, be incorporated and registered in Australia and have its principal place of business in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying
- Company applicants may nominate up to two people, and each nominee must be over 18, a New South Wales resident and a key creative on slate project/s
- Be an Australian citizen or full-time resident
- Have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Be available to attend the entire Australian Children’s Content Summit in person from 24-27 August 2026
- Must not be a full-time secondary or tertiary student
- Other government departments and agencies are not eligible to apply
- Must not be in breach of any obligation under any funding agreement with the New South Wales Government
