Who Can Apply

• Be an early to mid-career practitioner with relevant experience in producing screen content • Have a slate of market-ready projects to pitch • Be a key creative on the project/s, such as producer, director or writer • Be a New South Wales-based individual, project team or company • If applying as an individual, be over 18 years old and have lived and operated in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying • If applying as a project team, both applicants must be over 18, New South Wales residents and key creatives on the proposed project/s • If applying as a company, be incorporated and registered in Australia and have its principal place of business in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying • Company applicants may nominate up to two people, and each nominee must be over 18, a New South Wales resident and a key creative on slate project/s • Be an Australian citizen or full-time resident • Have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Be available to attend the entire Australian Children’s Content Summit in person from 24-27 August 2026 • Must not be a full-time secondary or tertiary student • Other government departments and agencies are not eligible to apply • Must not be in breach of any obligation under any funding agreement with the New South Wales Government
Applicants must be early to mid-career practitioners with relevant experience producing screen content and have a slate of market-ready projects to pitch. Project teams must consist of two applicants who are both over 18, New South Wales residents and key creatives on the proposed projects. Companies must be incorporated and registered in Australia, have their principal place of business in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying, and may nominate up to two people who are each over 18, New South Wales residents and key creatives on slate projects. Applicants must be Australian citizens or full-time residents, have an Australian Business Number, and be available to attend the entire Australian Children’s Content Summit in person from 24 to 27 August 2026. Full-time secondary or tertiary students are not eligible. Other government departments and agencies are not eligible. Applicants must not be in breach of any obligation under any funding agreement with the New South Wales Government.
