Who Can Apply

• Be an early to mid-career practitioner with relevant experience in producing screen content • Have a slate of market-ready projects to pitch • Be a key creative on the project/s, such as producer, director or writer • Be a New South Wales-based individual, project team or company • If applying as an individual, be over 18 years of age and have lived and operated in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying • If applying as a project team, both applicants must be over 18, New South Wales residents and key creatives on the proposed project/s • If applying as a company, be incorporated and registered in Australia and have the principal place of business in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying • Company nominees must each be over 18 years of age, New South Wales residents and key creatives on the project/s • Be an Australian citizen or full-time resident • Have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Be available to attend the entire Australian Children’s Content Summit in person from 25-28 August 2025 • Full-time secondary or tertiary students are not eligible • Other government departments and agencies are not eligible • Must not be in breach of any obligation under any funding agreement with the New South Wales Government
Applicants must be early to mid-career practitioners with relevant experience producing screen content and have a slate of market-ready projects to pitch. They must be a key creative on the project, such as a producer, director or writer. Eligible applicants include New South Wales-based individuals, project teams or companies. Individuals must be over 18 and have lived and operated in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying. For project teams, both applicants must be over 18, New South Wales residents and key creatives on the proposed projects. For companies, the company must be incorporated and registered in Australia, have its principal place of business in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before application, and any nominated attendees must be over 18, New South Wales residents and key creatives on the projects. Applicants must be Australian citizens or full-time residents, have an Australian Business Number, and be available to attend the entire Australian Children’s Content Summit in person from 25 to 28 August 2025. Applicants invited to a competitive program at the conference or market are encouraged to disclose this, but it is not mandatory. Full-time secondary or tertiary students are not eligible. Other government departments and agencies are not eligible. Applicants must not be in breach of any obligation under any funding agreement with the New South Wales Government.
