- Company applicants must nominate one traveller, and the traveller must be over 18 and a New South Wales resident
- Be an Australian citizen or full-time resident
- Have an active Australian Business Number
- Must not be a full-time secondary or tertiary student
- Government departments and agencies are not eligible
- Must not be in breach of obligations under any funding agreement with the New South Wales Government
- Applicants invited to a competitive program at the conference or market are encouraged to provide evidence, which may strengthen competitiveness
