- Own at least one still with a capacity of 50 litres or more
- Hold a current ATO Manufacturer’s Licence to produce distilled alcoholic beverages
- Hold a current Victorian General or Producer’s Liquor Licence issued by Liquor Control Victoria
- Have had a Hazardous Area Assessment, Dangerous Goods Audit, OHS Essentials Program relating to hazardous areas and dangerous goods, or assessment by a WorkSafe Victoria dangerous goods inspector undertaken from 2023-04-01 to the closing date
- Be able to meet the required cash co-contribution of at least 20% or 30%
- Agree to participate in future Program evaluation activities
- Meet workplace and employment obligations in accordance with the National Employment Standards and applicable industrial awards
- Must not be a producer of spirits that does not distil their own alcoholic beverages
- Must not be a state government department, agency or local council
- Must not be an unincorporated association or franchise
- Must not have applied for another state government grant for the same project
- Must be based in Victoria
