Current ABN, Victorian business registration and legal entity status required Must own a still of at least 50 litres and hold relevant ATO and liquor licences Must provide a minimum 30% or 50% cash co-contribution depending on production volume Government bodies, local councils, unincorporated associations, franchisees and non-Victorian applicants are ineligible
Applicants must have a current Australian Business Number, be registered as a business in Victoria, be a legal entity, own at least one still with a capacity of 50 litres or more, hold a valid ATO manufacturer licence to produce distilled alcoholic beverages, hold a current general or producer’s liquor licence issued by Liquor Control Victoria, and be able to meet the required cash co-contribution of 30% or 50% depending on production volume. Ineligible applicants include producers that do not distil their own alcoholic beverages, government departments or agencies, local councils, unincorporated associations, franchisees, applicants seeking another state government grant for the same project, and applicants not based in Victoria.
