Who Can Apply
• Applicant must be a Territory Enterprise (for-profit or not-for-profit), a landowner (landlord), or a body corporate under the Unit Titles Act (NT) 1975
• Applicant must not be an excluded recipient
• Applicant must own or lease premises in the Northern Territory
• At least one Territory Enterprise must be actively trading from the premises
• Applicant must be fully compliant with relevant legal obligations
• Security work must be completed by a registered Biz Secure supplier
• Trust applicants should provide a Trust Deed
• Leaseholders should provide a recent utility bill and written consent from the owner
Applicants must be a Territory Enterprise (for-profit or not-for-profit), a landowner (landlord), or a body corporate under the Unit Titles Act (NT) 1975. They must not be an excluded recipient, must own or lease premises in the Northern Territory, must have at least one Territory Enterprise actively trading from the premises, and must be fully compliant with relevant legal obligations. Security work funded through Biz Secure must be completed by a registered supplier. Supporting materials may include a valid quote, photos, a floorplan or map, a Trust Deed for trusts, and for leased premises a recent utility bill and written owner consent.
