- Applicant must be a Territory Enterprise (for-profit or not-for-profit), a landowner (landlord), or a body corporate under the Unit Titles Act (NT) 1975
- Applicant must not be an excluded recipient
- Applicant must own or lease premises in the Northern Territory
- At least one Territory Enterprise must be actively trading from the premises
- Applicant must be fully compliant with relevant legal obligations
- Security work must be completed by a registered Biz Secure supplier
- Trust applicants should provide a Trust Deed
- Leaseholders should provide a recent utility bill and written consent from the owner
