Who Can Apply

Own an eligible electric vehicle and have not already received charger funding for that EV. Residential applicants must own the home where the charger will be installed. Business applicants must operate from a Northern Territory business-only property and have the legal right to install the charger. Chargers must be installed by an approved service provider.
Residential applicants may apply for up to $1,000 if they own the home where the charger will be installed, own at least one electric vehicle that will be kept at that home, and have not already received funding for a charger for that EV. Business applicants in the Northern Territory may apply for up to $2,500 if the business operates from a property in the Northern Territory used only for business purposes, the applicant either owns the property or has a written agreement to use it, has the legal right to install a charger there, owns at least one EV that will be kept at the business property and used for the business, and has not already received funding for a charger for that EV. Chargers must be installed by an approved service provider and applications must include all supporting documents.
