• Have sustained substantial damage to buildings, plant, equipment or stock as a result of the disaster • Be a primary producer in Queensland • Have a property located in a defined disaster area • Provide adequate security for the loan • Be able to demonstrate the ongoing viability of the primary production enterprise • Have taken reasonable precautions to avoid loss or damage from a disaster, such as having adequate insurance • Primary producers outside a defined disaster area may still be eligible as an individually disaster-stricken enterprise
Applicants must have sustained substantial damage to buildings, plant, equipment or stock as a result of the disaster; be a primary producer in Queensland; have a property located in a defined disaster area; provide adequate security for the loan; demonstrate the ongoing viability of the primary production enterprise; and have taken reasonable precautions to avoid loss or damage from a disaster, such as having adequate insurance. Primary producers significantly affected by an eligible disaster but not located in a defined disaster area may be eligible as an individually disaster-stricken enterprise.
