This grant is for community organisations and small businesses that support people with disability. Organisations must operate in the ACT, be a non-government legally incorporated entity or be supported by an incorporated auspicing organisation, be a registered not-for-profit or charitable organisation, have no overdue acquittals, and hold appropriate insurance. Small businesses must operate in the ACT, meet the Australian Bureau of Statistics definition of a small business by employing fewer than 20 persons including non-employing businesses, have no overdue acquittals, and hold appropriate insurance.

Projects and initiatives that reduce physical, attitudinal or communication barriers; enable greater participation in community life for people with disability; include people with disability in planning and implementation; and deliver accessibility improvements, training, equipment, infrastructure upgrades, inclusive programs, action plans, workshops, and communication resources.
