Who is eligible for the 2025 High Learning Support Needs Funding - Quarter 1 Payments?
- Applicant must be a Community Preschool, including a mobile preschool.
- Service must currently receive NSW Start Strong for Community Preschools funding or the Mobile Preschools Funding Program.
- Child must be at least 3 years old on or before 31 July in the preschool year and not in compulsory schooling, or turn 3 after 31 July and demonstrate exceptional circumstances.
- Child must have high learning support needs as defined in the program guidelines.
- Child must require an Individual Learning Plan identifying goals, teaching strategies and adjustments.
- Child must require consistent support and guidance to participate on the same basis as peers.
- Applications are assessed by the Department on a case-by-case basis.
