Who is eligible for the Disability Advocacy Support Program: Service Delivery?
- Applicant must be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporation registered under the Corporations (Aboriginal and /or Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006, a Company, or an Incorporated Association.
- If applying as a Trustee on behalf of a Trust, the Trustee must have an eligible entity type.
- Consortia applications are acceptable if there is a lead organisation solely accountable to the Commonwealth.
- Only the lead organisation can submit the application and enter into a grant agreement with the Commonwealth.
- All proposed members of a network or consortium must be an eligible entity type.
- All proposed members of a network or consortium must meet additional eligibility criteria in section 4.2 of the guidelines.
- All proposed members of a network or consortium must not be an ineligible organisation under section 4.3 of the guidelines.
- Applicants must demonstrate the experience and capabilities needed to achieve program outcomes.
- Non-negotiable capabilities in the guidelines form eligibility criteria.
