• Applicant must be a non-government, non-profit organisation with capacity to contract for services • Applicant must have appropriate insurance of at least $10 million • Applicant must address the New South Wales National Redress Scheme sanctions • Applicant must adhere to New South Wales Government public health orders and COVID-19 advice • Applicant must not have any outstanding acquittals with the Department of Communities and Justice • Individuals or groups of individuals cannot apply • Unincorporated organisations cannot apply • For-profit commercial organisations cannot apply
Applicants must be non-government, non-profit organisations with capacity to contract for services as outlined in the Disability Advocacy Futures Program Grant Program Guidelines. Applicants must have appropriate insurance of at least $10 million, address the New South Wales National Redress Scheme sanctions, adhere to New South Wales Government public health orders and advice regarding COVID-19, and must not have any outstanding acquittals with the Department of Communities and Justice. Individuals, groups of individuals, unincorporated organisations and for-profit commercial organisations are not eligible.
