Who is eligible for the Digital Jobs program?
- Be a legal entity with an operating presence in Victoria
- Operate in the manufacturing and/or construction sectors
- Have an active Australian Business Number (ABN) held on and from 2025-06-01
- Be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) on and from 2025-06-01
- Have met all industrial relations obligations as an employer in accordance with the National Employment Standards
- For free six-week training courses, be a small to medium sized employing business with fewer than 200 employees
- Make nominated employees available for training in the selected training round
- Provide an opportunity for employees to apply the training on the job
- Participate in future program evaluation activities
- Ensure nominated employees are based in Victoria
