Who Can Apply

• Individual applicants must be New South Wales residents and have lived and operated in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying • Company applicants must be incorporated in Australia, taken to be registered in New South Wales, have central management and control in Australia, and carry out business in Australia • Applicants must have an ABN • Applicants must not be full-time secondary or tertiary students • Applicants must not employ students currently studying games or a related field • Employees of federal, state or territory government screen agencies are not eligible • Applicants cannot be a broadcasting service licensee or a related body corporate of such a licensee • Applicants must have the rights needed to carry out the project, including copyright or appropriate option agreements where relevant • Applicants must be able to demonstrate chain of title if required • Applicants must have a key creative credit on at least one game released to the general public • Only one application can be submitted for a particular game • Eligible games must be intended for public release • Eligible games must be at concept or early-stage development • Eligible games must be completely digital
Applicants must either be individuals who are New South Wales residents and have lived and operated in New South Wales for at least six months immediately before applying, or companies incorporated in Australia and taken to be registered in New South Wales, with central management and control in Australia and carrying on business in Australia. Applicants must have an active ABN, must not be full-time secondary or tertiary students or employ students currently studying games or a related field, and employees of federal, state or territory government screen agencies are ineligible. Applicants cannot be broadcasting service licensees or related bodies corporate, must hold the rights necessary to carry out the project, must have a key creative credit on at least one publicly released game, and only one application may be submitted per game. Eligible projects must be completely digital games intended for public release and at concept or early-stage development.
