Who Can Apply

• Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be an SME with fewer than 200 employees • Must be registered for GST • Must have an account with an Australian financial institution • Must be non-income tax exempt • Must be an entity incorporated in Australia, a company limited by guarantee, or an incorporated trustee applying on behalf of a trust • Project partners must also meet the eligibility criteria • Cannot be on the National Redress Scheme list of institutions that have not joined or signified intent to join • Employers with 100 or more employees must comply with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 • Individuals are not eligible • Partnerships are not eligible • Overseas organisations are not eligible • Unincorporated associations are not eligible • Trusts cannot apply directly, but an incorporated trustee may apply on behalf of a trust • Commonwealth, state, territory and local government bodies are not eligible

Project partners must also meet the eligibility criteria.
