Who Can Apply

• Be a legal entity with the capacity to enter into a funding agreement. • Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and be registered for GST. • Be based in New South Wales. • Be commercially viable and financially sustainable. • Hold, or be able to obtain prior to execution of a funding agreement, Public Liability Insurance of not less than $10 million per occurrence. • Hold, or be able to obtain prior to execution of a funding agreement, Professional Indemnity Insurance of not less than $10 million per occurrence. • Spend 100% of the grant funding in New South Wales. • Start the project by 2026-07-01. • Complete the project by 2029-06-30.
Applicants must be a legal entity with the capacity to enter into a funding agreement, hold an Australian Business Number and be registered for GST, be based in New South Wales, and be commercially viable and financially sustainable. Applicants must hold, or be able to obtain before execution of a funding agreement, public liability insurance of at least $10 million per occurrence and professional indemnity insurance of at least $10 million per occurrence. Funded projects must spend 100% of grant funding in New South Wales. Projects should start by 1 July 2026 and must be completed by 30 June 2029.
