Who Can Apply

• Be a legal entity with the capacity to enter into a funding agreement • Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Be registered for GST • Be based in New South Wales • Be commercially viable and financially sustainable • Hold, or be able to obtain before execution of a funding agreement, public liability insurance of at least $10 million per occurrence • Hold, or be able to obtain before execution of a funding agreement, professional indemnity insurance of at least $10 million per occurrence • Spend 100% of the grant funding in New South Wales
Applicants must be a legal entity with the capacity to enter into a funding agreement, hold an Australian Business Number and be registered for GST, be based in New South Wales, be commercially viable and financially sustainable, and hold or be able to obtain before execution of a funding agreement public liability insurance of at least $10 million per occurrence and professional indemnity insurance of at least $10 million per occurrence. In addition, 100% of the grant funding must be spent in New South Wales.
