Who Can Apply

• Lead applicant must have an active Australian Business Number (ABN) • Lead applicant must be registered for goods and services tax (GST) • Lead applicant must be an entity incorporated in Australia, an incorporated association, or an incorporated not for profit organisation • Application must be a joint application with an eligible lead organisation and at least one other project partner • State, territory or local government departments are not eligible as the lead applicant, but may be project partners • Applicant must certify board support, or CEO/equivalent support where there is no board • Applicant must confirm capacity to complete the project and meet project costs not covered by the grant • Applicant must provide a letter of support from each project partner • Applicant must include all mandatory attachments required in the application form • Individuals are not eligible • Unincorporated associations are not eligible • Organisations on the National Redress Scheme list of institutions that have not joined or signified intent to join are not eligible • Employers of 100 or more employees that have not complied with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 are not eligible

Ineligible applicants include individuals, unincorporated associations, government departments as lead applicants, organisations on the National Redress Scheme non-joined list, employers with 100 or more employees that have not complied with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, and organisations not included in the guidelines' eligible entity list.
