• Must be a Territory Enterprise • Must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must have annual turnover of more than $75,000 and less than $10 million • Must have at least 1 and no more than 200 full-time equivalent employees, including owners and directors • Must work with an approved service provider to develop a Cyber Invest Plan proposal • Should complete a cybersecurity threat or risk assessment before applying
