Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be an individual, an unincorporated collective administered by an appropriate organisation, or an organisation. • Applicant must have their place of residence or business address in one or more eligible Western Sydney local government areas. • Eligible areas are Blacktown City, Blue Mountains City, Camden Council, Campbelltown City, Cumberland Council, Fairfield City, Hawkesbury City, Liverpool City, Penrith City, The City of Canterbury-Bankstown, The City of Parramatta, The Hills Shire, and Wollondilly Shire. • Organisations must be one of the following: incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust, incorporated association, joint consortia application with a lead organisation, registered charity or not-for-profit organisation, or an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Corporation. • Organisations must have an ABN matching the applicant name for an entity registered in New South Wales. • Organisations must have an account with an Australian financial institution. • Organisations must be independent and have annual turnover of no more than $2.5 million. • Unincorporated collectives must have all members aged 18 years or above. • Unincorporated collectives must be administered by an organisation that meets the organisation eligibility criteria. • Individuals must be aged 18 years or above. • Individuals must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident. • Individuals must have an ABN matching the applicant name for an entity registered in New South Wales and an Australian bank account, or be administered by an eligible organisation. • Funded activities must be delivered between 2026-07-01 and 2027-06-30. • Only one application per applicant will be assessed. • Ineligible applicants include for-profit companies and partnerships. • Ineligible applicants include local government entities, state or federal government departments, and state cultural institutions. • Insolvent applicants are ineligible. • Unincorporated associations not administered by an organisation are ineligible. • Activities related to films, TV shows, film festivals, or contemporary music are ineligible.
