Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be a not-for-profit incorporated body, local government authority, or a collective with a nominated administering body • Applicant must be based in the Arts North West service area • Eligible locations are Armidale Regional, Glen Innes Severn, Gunnedah Shire, Gwydir Shire, Liverpool Plains Shire, Moree Plains Shire, Narrabri Shire, Tamworth Regional, Tenterfield Shire, Uralla Shire, and Walcha Council • Applicant must hold a current certificate of currency for Broadform Liability or Public Liability Insurance • Applicant must have discussed the project with the relevant regional arts development organisation before applying • Individuals are not eligible • Interstate organisations are not eligible • Professional touring groups are not eligible • Commercial enterprises are not eligible • Groups, ensembles and unincorporated associations without an administering body are not eligible • Regional Conservatoriums are not eligible • Applicants who have already received CASP funding are not eligible • Organisations that have applied for or received Create NSW funding for the same activity are not eligible • State and federal government departments, including schools, are not eligible except incorporated P&Cs • Organisations with overdue reports or acquittals for funding programs administered by Regional Arts NSW and/or Create NSW are not eligible • If the project involves working with children and young people, a current Working with Children Check Number is required • Except for local government applicants, a current financial report must be provided
Applicants must be a not-for-profit incorporated body, a local government authority, or a collective with a nominated administering body. Applicants must be based in the Arts North West service area within the listed eligible local government areas in the New England North West, hold current Broadform Liability or Public Liability Insurance, and must have discussed their project with the relevant regional arts development organisation before applying. Individuals, interstate organisations, professional touring groups, commercial enterprises, unincorporated groups without an administering body, regional conservatoriums, organisations already funded under CASP or for the same activity by Create NSW, government departments including schools (except incorporated P&Cs), applicants with overdue acquittals, and applicants outside the service area are not eligible.
