• Applicant must be a not-for-profit incorporated group or a local government authority. • Applicant must be located in the Western Riverina area of New South Wales within Griffith, Leeton, Murrumbidgee or Narrandera. • Applicant must have an active ABN or a demonstrated relationship with a nominated funds supervisor/auspicor or nominated funds administrator. • Project must be a clearly defined arts and cultural activity benefiting the applicant or their community. • Individuals and sole traders are not eligible. • For-profit proprietary limited companies are not eligible. • Projects must not have already commenced or been completed. • Equipment or infrastructure can only make up up to 50% of the grant. • Funding is not available for education/course fees, staff salaries and wages for eligible organisations, fundraising, awards or prize money, or commercial enterprises.
