Applicants must be Western Australian construction businesses headquartered in Western Australia and undertaking commercial and/or residential building and construction work in Western Australia in an eligible occupation. Employers must sponsor skilled migrants in at least one of the following visa subclasses: 482 Temporary Skill Shortage Visa, 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) Visa, or 186 Employer Nominated Scheme. Applicants must also have a valid Australian business number (ABN).
