Who Can Apply

• Must be able to enter into a grant funding agreement with the Department of Communities and Justice • Must have an Australian bank account • Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must hold appropriate insurance, including at least $10 million public liability insurance • Must address NSW National Redress Scheme sanctions • Must be a registered Australian business, a not-for-profit Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation, or another eligible incorporated organisation • Eligible incorporated not-for-profit organisations include bodies approved by NSW Fair Trading • Eligible not-for-profit companies limited by guarantee must be registered in New South Wales and have ACNC registration and/or DGR status • Eligible Indigenous Corporations must be registered with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations • Eligible NSW Local Aboriginal Land Councils may apply • Eligible religious organisations must operate in New South Wales • Eligible NSW non-government organisations established under their own Act of Parliament may apply • A not-for-profit non-Aboriginal organisation may apply if partnering with a lead ACCO or Aboriginal business
