- Applicant must have a valid ABN.
- Applicant must not have National Redress Scheme sanctions.
- Applicant must not be subject to a winding up order or have an appointed administrator.
- Applicant must not have a pending or ongoing legal case.
- Applicant must not be bankrupt.
- Applicant must demonstrate sound financial management and governance.
- Applicant must demonstrate a commitment to multicultural principles.
- Applications from individuals seeking personal payments are not eligible.
- Applications from for-profit organisations and commercial enterprises are not eligible.
