Who is eligible for the Community-led Recovery Support Grants?
- Applicant must be an eligible local council impacted by the June 2021 Flood and Storm.
- Eligible councils are Baw Baw Shire Council, Cardinia Shire Council, Hepburn Shire Council, Latrobe City Council, Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Moorabool Shire Council, South Gippsland Shire Council, Wellington Shire Council and Yarra Ranges Shire Council.
- Eligible LGAs may submit a combined application, but a lead council must be identified to manage the funds.
- Applicants with previous ERV funding must be up to date with all current reports and milestones under existing funding agreements.
- Applications must include a mandatory Grants Delivery Plan.
- Applications must include a Financial Statement.
- Applicants must hold Public Liability Insurance for the duration of funded initiatives and provide a current Certificate of Currency.
- Proposed activities must occur in a flood or storm-affected area in an eligible LGA.
- Proposed initiatives must align with the program objectives and relevant Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements guidelines.
- Only one application can be submitted per council, whether individually or as part of a regional partnership application.
