• Applications are open to all organisations • Individuals or groups of individuals cannot apply • Applicant must have an ABN • Project must provide a demonstrable benefit to the local community • Project must have the support of the local community • Organisation must have the capacity and capability to deliver the project or program • Infrastructure projects must have development consent • Infrastructure projects or projects above $100,000 must provide a detailed project plan • Funds cannot be used for events, but can contribute to event infrastructure • Successful applicants must hold minimum public liability insurance cover of $10 million • Projects must be completed in one year

Successful applicants must hold a minimum of $10 million public liability insurance and complete projects within one year.
