Eligible applicants were limited to specified Victorian councils impacted by the June 2021 Flood and Storm. Only one application was permitted per LGA. An LGA in a regional partnership application could not also submit an individual application. Councils had to submit a Delivery Plan and deliver activities in eligible flood- or storm-affected areas.
Applications were invited from eligible Victorian councils impacted during the June 2021 Flood and Storm: Bass Coast Council, Baw Baw Shire Council, Cardinia Shire Council, Hepburn Shire Council, Latrobe City Council, Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Moorabool Shire Council, Murrindindi Council, South Gippsland Council, Wellington Shire Council and Yarra Ranges Shire Council. Only one application could be submitted per local government area. If applying as part of a regional partnership application, an LGA could not also submit an individual application. Activities had to occur in a flood- or storm-affected area in an eligible council and councils were required to submit a Delivery Plan outlining the financial request, proposed delivery dates, delivery approach and whether the program would be delivered within a single LGA or across several LGAs.
