For the Indian Community Centre in Melbourne's south-east, Objective 1 offers up to 2.4 million for infrastructure costs to develop, build and manage a community-specific community centre, while Objective 2 offers no funding and instead a potential purchase or lease opportunity for a planned centre in the Revitalising Central Dandenong precinct.
