Who Can Apply

• Applicant must be an eligible organisation type, including certain incorporated associations, companies limited by guarantee, Local Aboriginal Land Councils, Indigenous corporations, NSW local councils, section 355 council committees, ACNC-registered trusts, eligible P&C Associations, not-for-profit statutory entities, or non-distributing co-operatives. • Applicant must hold valid and current public liability insurance with minimum cover of $5000000. • Applicant must have no outstanding unacquitted Community Building Partnership projects unless an approved extension is in place. • Project must be delivered in New South Wales within the electoral district for which funding is sought. • Project must fit one category only: capital works, equipment, or registered vehicle. • Funding request must be between $10000 and $100000. • Project must not have commenced before application. • Project must be fully completed by 2028-01-24. • Local councils and council committees under section 355 of the Local Government Act 1993 must provide a matched cash contribution equal to the grant amount requested. • Applicants may submit no more than 2 EOIs per electoral district.
Applicants must be eligible organisation types including incorporated associations registered with NSW Fair Trading, Australian public companies limited by guarantee, Local Aboriginal Land Councils, Indigenous corporations registered with ORIC, NSW local councils, council committees under section 355 of the Local Government Act 1993, trusts registered with the ACNC, eligible P&C Associations, not-for-profit entities incorporated under an Act of Parliament, and non-distributing co-operatives registered with NSW Fair Trading. Applicants must hold valid public liability insurance with minimum cover of $5 million. Projects must be delivered in New South Wales within the electoral district for which funding is sought, fit one category only (capital works, equipment or registered vehicle), request between $10,000 and $100,000, not have commenced, and be completed by 2028-01-24. Applicants must have no outstanding unacquitted CBP projects unless an approved extension is in place. Local councils and section 355 council committees must provide a matched cash contribution equal to the grant amount requested.
