• Applicants can include building owners, landlords, strata managers managing commercial spaces, and managers of commercial property portfolios • The property must be a commercial building in the Australian Capital Territory • The building must have centralised natural gas fired heating and/or hot water • The building must have 4 or more commercial tenants • The building must have a maximum of 2 floors • Heating and/or hot water costs must be charged to tenants through rent, billed based on net lettable area, or a similar method
