• Applicant must be a not-for-profit organisation with an active ABN responsible for operating and/or maintaining the infrastructure • Schools may apply but must consider public accessibility outside school hours • Local councils may apply but must cash-match the funding amount requested • Individuals cannot apply • Organisations or businesses that may or will realise a commercial gain from the project cannot apply • Project must be infrastructure related to sport and recreation • Project must be based in New South Wales and benefit New South Wales communities and economy • Infrastructure must be accessible and available to the public most of the time • Requested amount must be within the funding range for this category • Infrastructure works must have development approval or written exemption where required • Application must be submitted using the online application form • Work undertaken or commenced before funding decisions are made is not eligible
