- Project must align to a Decarbonisation Opportunity Cluster in the Decarbonisation Innovation Study.
- Applicant must provide a minimum cash contribution of at least 50% of total proposed project cost from non-New South Wales Government sources.
- Applicant must have an ABN or be able to obtain one to enter a funding agreement.
- Ineligible applicants include government agencies, state owned corporations, statutory authorities, local government authorities, unincorporated organisations, individuals including sole traders, and insolvent businesses.
