• Event/activity must not promote commercial interests
• Ineligible independent applicants include for-profit organisations, kindergartens, long day care services, occasional care services, outside school hours care services, family day care services, playgroups, schools, and individuals or sole traders
• Some ineligible organisations may participate only through an eligible organisation that submits the application
Applicants must be either a Local Government Council or an eligible not-for-profit organisation and must hold applicable insurance including Public Liability. Some otherwise ineligible organisations may participate only in partnership with an eligible organisation that submits the application.
