- Must be located in or operating within the Cumberland Plain Conservation Plan area
- Must work in one or more eligible sectors including land and cultural land management, natural resource management, ecological restoration, environmental and site impact assessments, cultural heritage and signage, pest and weed management, landscape and groundworks contracting, Biodiversity Assessment Method services, cultural tourism and education, or wildlife fencing
- Must attend a free one-on-one consultation with a Yarpa Business Coach before applying
- Must provide verification of Aboriginal business status, such as Supply Nation registration/certification, NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce registration, or other relevant documentation
- If located outside the CPCP area, must provide evidence of work carried out within the CPCP area
- Must demonstrate tax and legal compliance are up to date
- Must provide quotes, budget information, and required supporting documentation
- Local Aboriginal Land Councils are not eligible
- Non-Aboriginal businesses are not eligible
