Who Can Apply

• Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) • Must be registered for the Goods and Services Tax (GST) • Must be an entity incorporated in Australia, an eligible incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust, an Australian state or territory government agency or body, or a corporate Commonwealth entity • Incorporated trustees may apply on behalf of a trust where trading activities are sufficiently significant • Project partners must also meet the eligibility criteria • Ineligible if the organisation or a project partner is listed on the National Redress Scheme website as not joined or not signified intent to join • Ineligible if an employer of 100 or more employees has not complied with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 • Individuals are not eligible • Partnerships are not eligible • Regional Development Australia Committees are not eligible • Unincorporated associations are not eligible • Trusts are not eligible unless applying through an incorporated trustee

Ineligible applicants include organisations listed on the National Redress Scheme non-participation list, employers of 100 or more employees that have not complied with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012, individuals, partnerships, Regional Development Australia Committees, unincorporated associations, and trusts unless applying through an incorporated trustee. Applicants may partner with other eligible organisations, with one lead organisation responsible for the application and grant agreement.
