Who is eligible for the Carbon Capture Technologies Program – Round 2?
- Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Must be registered for the Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Must be an entity incorporated in Australia, an eligible incorporated trustee on behalf of a trust, an Australian state or territory government agency or body, or a corporate Commonwealth entity
- Incorporated trustees may apply on behalf of a trust where trading activities are sufficiently significant
- Project partners must also meet the eligibility criteria
- Ineligible if the organisation or a project partner is listed on the National Redress Scheme website as not joined or not signified intent to join
- Ineligible if an employer of 100 or more employees has not complied with the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012
- Individuals are not eligible
- Partnerships are not eligible
- Regional Development Australia Committees are not eligible
- Unincorporated associations are not eligible
- Trusts are not eligible unless applying through an incorporated trustee
