• Applicant must be a Primary Health Network located in New South Wales • Grant funding must be used to enable the quality collaborative within NSW-based Aboriginal Medical Services • Primary Health Networks must act as the primary grant recipient • Primary Health Networks must administer funds directly to participating Aboriginal Medical Service(s) • Applications must demonstrate sustained and meaningful engagement with Aboriginal Medical Service(s) • Applications must include evidence of co-design and consultation with local Aboriginal communities throughout project development and delivery

Expected Outcomes

Applicants are expected to develop and implement cancer quality improvement initiatives addressing local community needs and produce an Aboriginal Cancer Support Plan covering project scope, governance and co-design, strategy development, evaluation and sustainability, and budget and resourcing. Final reporting, including financial reporting, is due by 28 February 2027.
