- For ARCS, applicant must work in a regional, rural or remote New South Wales CTU in Far West, Hunter New England, Illawarra Shoalhaven, Mid North Coast, Murrumbidgee, Northern New South Wales, Southern New South Wales or Western New South Wales
- For SCRS, applicant must work at a Clinical Trials Unit anywhere in New South Wales
- Applicant must be employed in a clinical, medical or academic capacity within the Clinical Trials Unit
- Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the public or private clinical trial sector in cancer clinical trials
- Applicant must nominate an administering organisation responsible for financial management of the grant
- Administering organisation must be either a Local Health District or a private organisation
- Administering organisation must have policies and procedures for the administration of public funds
- Application must include an endorsement letter on letterhead from the administering organisation confirming endorsement, no duplicate travel grant application in the round, and agreement to the grant terms and conditions
