Who Can Apply

• Lead applicant must be directly able to provide, or partner with another health service to provide, cervical screening services in line with the National Cervical Screening Program Clinical Guidelines • Proposed cervical screening service provider must be able to access cervical screening history and eligibility via the National Cancer Screening Register • Any obligations for previously funded Cancer Institute NSW projects involving the lead applicant must have been fulfilled, including satisfactory progress, final and financial reports • Current Cancer Institute NSW grant recipients and partnering organisations on a current Cancer Institute NSW grant are eligible to apply • Projects must focus on women and people with a cervix aged 25–74 years from one or more priority populations • Projects must integrate cervical screening into an existing health service, either directly or through partnership
To be eligible, the lead applicant must be directly able to provide, or partner with another health service to provide, cervical screening services as outlined in the National Cervical Screening Program Clinical Guidelines. The proposed cervical screening service provider must be able to access cervical screening history and eligibility via the National Cancer Screening Register. All obligations regarding previously Cancer Institute NSW funded projects involving the lead applicant must have been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Institute, including satisfactory progress, final and financial reports. Recipients of a current Cancer Institute NSW grant, and partnering organisations on a current Cancer Institute NSW grant, are eligible to apply. Projects must focus on women and people with a cervix aged 25–74 years from one or more priority populations and integrate cervical screening into an existing health service.
