Who Can Apply

• Students undertaking their PhD may apply. • Early- and mid-career researchers who are 0-10 years post PhD may apply. • The applicant and administering institution must be located in New South Wales. • Applicants must have submitted or intend to submit an abstract for presentation at a virtual, national or international conference. • Applicants should be the presenting author for a conference between 2023-06-01 and 2024-06-30. • Applicants must nominate a single administering institution responsible for grant management and signing the terms and conditions letter.
The travel grants are open to students undertaking their PhD, and early and mid-career researchers (0-10 years post PhD) who have submitted or intend to submit an abstract for presentation at a virtual, national, or international conference. The applicant and administering institution must be located in New South Wales. Applicants should have an abstract submitted or intend to submit an abstract and be the presenting author for a conference between 1 June 2023 and 30 June 2024. Applicants must nominate a single administering institution who will be responsible for the management of the grant and will sign a terms and conditions letter.
