• Be a Territory enterprise (either a for-profit or not-for-profit business) • Have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) • Have been operating in the Northern Territory for at least 6 months prior to applying • Have at least one full-time employee and no more than 50 full-time employees • Have annual turnover of more than $75,000 and less than $10 million
