To be eligible, businesses must be financially sound Queensland-based small businesses with fewer than 20 staff; be GST registered and hold an active ABN; have 2024–25 turnover between $500,000 and $10 million with growth; have operated for at least 3 years, including 2 years of high growth; not be insolvent or bankrupt; not have received previous Business Growth Fund funding; maintain eligibility throughout the process; submit only one application per ABN/beneficiary; and submit a Registration of Interest by 30 January 2026.
